Color Club Love’em & Leave’em

This is a great manicure, however it wasn’t my first choice. I tried water marbling with three of the color club holo’s I own, but it was an epic, fast drying fail. So I decided to leave it for the night and come at it fresh this morning. Very glad I did too! These holo’s are wonderful, and not as holographic as the Layla I showed you before, but for $5 (figure it at about that because of shipping) a bottle it’s well worth it I think. I ordered these from recently, within the past month, and they were all holo. I picked up Fashion Addict, Worth the Risque and Love’em & Leave’em along with Orly Bubbly Bombshell.

I haven’t worn that one yet, but soon I will. I used Worth the Risque on my ringer finger as an accent nail. I think it worked great, contrasting nicely with the wine red stamping I did after it was all set and dried, and the gold of Love’em & Leave’em. I am very happy with this manicure. I used Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Wined Up for the stamping and despite it being a little windy out back I think it was a great result. I used Bundle Monster plate 224 again, because I loved the results with it last time. I had intended to include a black accent stamping on the ring finger over the silver holo, but I was too fast on using the stamper and did it in Wined Up before I could stop myself! I hope you like it as much as I do.

I love the formula on every Color Club polish I’ve used to date, and these were no exception. Very smooth, not picky at all, no streakiness. It’s wonderful to have some holo’s that aren’t screaming for so people to look at them, like my Layla does. I would feel bad stamping over it. But these were a delight to stamp over. I used one coat of Beauty Secrets Moisturizing base coat and one coat of Instant Artificials and let it all dry for about 15 minutes before I applied the polish. I am so glad I took a chance and repurchased these, they are gorgeous polishes. If you’re on the fence about these, I say take a chance and order from and see what you think of these polishes in person. Even with the new camera it doesn’t do them justice. Thanks for reading my blog and thank you to all my recently added followers, I really appreciate you taking the time to follow my blog. It means a lot to me. Happy polishing everyone!
