I bought these when Walgreen’s had them on sale, buy 2 get 1 free, but when I used Disturbia it was just too dark and I had to crackle over it. This one was awesome right out of the bottle. The brush on this polish was as bad as my Disturbia brush, but I made it work. The polish goes on well enough and the formula is good to work with, it just takes more cleanup then I like. I used Seche Vite for the top coat on this manicure before I stamped it. Then I used Sally Hansen Clearly Quick, as a test to see if it would work well.
I stamped over this manicure after about an hour of it setting, with Silver Sweep, using Salon Express plate SE18. I like the butterfly image and it came out great in the silver. I tested it with Presto Pink, but it just didn’t pop the way I wanted it to, so I went back to my favorite stamping silver, Silver Sweep of the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri line. It always looks great and stamps like a champ.
I think I am getting the hang of using the new camera so no more Jazz camcorder pictures. Unless I want to share do a comparison or share something from before we got the new camera. I appreciate you taking a moment to read my blog, and if you haven’t gotten the Salon Express kit yet it might be worth trying, but you should just use an expired gift card or old credit card, they work better than the included scraper. Happy polishing!
